Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns for unused, unopened products within 14 days of delivery. If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us right away so we can make it right.

How to Start a Return

1. Email Mollymoonbeauty@gmail.com with your order number, name and date of purchase
2. We will respond within 2 days with shipping instructions
3. Once item is inspected, we will issue a refund to the original form of payment
